THE PROJECT

The group of Owners are now in the final phase of defining the project plans which has been sub-divided into 4 areas:

Area 1

Restoration of existing farm buildings into a tourist residential village containing studio, 1 and 2 bedrooms apartments for rental purposes. (total 3261 m3).

Area 2

Restoration of this area where there are original farmhouse and outbuildings into 4 luxury farmhouses within private grounds (3600 m3).

Area 3

Reconstruction of a "Borgo" composed of approx 20 semi detatched townhouses / villas (7000 m3).

Area 4

New construction of two detached stone farmhouses ( 1200 m3).

The restoration works taking place have undergone detailed study in order that they will integrate fully into the Tuscan environment. Layout, architectural designs and materials will be appropriate to the character and appearance of the building and its setting. Studies also into the investment and utilisation of renewable energy sources wherever feasible (solar panels for production of hot water and electricity). The project envisons the development of areas for relaxation as well as recreational activities.

The project gives an indication of how the approved building volumes can be distributed. This can be modified or completely changed according to buyers wishes.
